We grew up chasing the dream of professional football, but life took us on different paths—one into the corporate world, the other into the creative space. Yet, no matter where we went, we both found ourselves immersed in the same industry, navigating its highs and lows. After years of working across production, content, talent, and brand partnerships, we saw the gaps—the overlooked opportunities, the missing connections—and we knew there was space for something different.
We’ve seen first-hand how things can go right, but more importantly, how they can go wrong. We’ve watched talent get mismanaged, opportunities get wasted, and creativity get boxed in. We knew there was a better way.
So we started ATB. Not just as a talent agency, but as a full-scale creative production force. We don’t just manage talent—we produce, strategise, and create.
